This project was a cinematic property video for 15 Liatris Street in Palmetto Bluff, built around presenting an off-market homesite with the level of care and context the property deserved.

The goal was not to overcomplicate the message. It was to give viewers a clear sense of the land, the surrounding environment, and the lifestyle connected to Palmetto Bluff. For a property like this, the visuals need to do more than show the lot. They need to help someone understand the opportunity before a home ever exists there.

From a production standpoint, the priority was pacing, atmosphere, and clarity. We focused on a mix of drone footage, clean ground-level visuals, and surrounding community context to make the piece feel intentional and easy to follow. Every shot needed to support the larger idea: location, potential, and presentation.

For off-market properties, strong media also supports the agent behind the listing. This video was created to help position the property in a more elevated way while giving the agent a polished piece of content that feels professional, thoughtful, and aligned with the value of the area.
